I am unable to download any programs to my Sky TV Box.

Give us a clue of what's happening? Error messages, just not moving?

Download doesn't go more than 1% on Sky tv box.

Message saying I don't have the subscription, but I do. Can download to mobile devices.

Are you trying to download HD with the corresponding subscription?
