I cancelled my Sky TV effective 22 January 2024. When will I receive the box to return the SkyQ box?

I cancelled my SKY TV account due to moving properties. This was effective from 22 January 2024. I still haven't received a box to return the Sky Q box in. How long until U receive it please?

I would assume they won't arrive.

 

Use your own and return the items: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/return-or-recycle-sky-equipment

 

You will be charged if you do not return the items - not receiving a box won't change that.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers

If you’ve successfully cancelled Sky should send out returns packaging near the end of any cancellation period, [14 days for Broadband] [31 days for Sky Q].

You can use any packaging as long as it’s secure and you may want to put a note inside with your account number and a list of equipment that is included. This link explains about how to receive an email with your return labels through Royal Mail.

If you haven’t anything suitable contact Sky again and ask if they’ll re-send. Keep your proof of posting safe and indefinitely and if you use Royal Mail’s collect from home service, keep a record of the tracking number.
