I can’t watch something that aired yesterday on channel 5

I am trying to watch something that was aired on channel 5 yesterday but my sky account is saying that I have to upgrade in order to watch it even though I am trying to download it in standard definition.

hi @Annie1989  try changing your download preference to SD
Main Menu -> Settings -> Setup -> Preferences

(Please note this setting can only be set on the Main box)

That's what I am doing and it still says I need to update to watch
