You can. You just need to log in to the Netflix app on your other device with the same username and password that you used to set up Netflix on your Sky box.
Which Netflix tier do you subscribe to? Is it the basic service with ads?

I have this problem too! How do I retrieve the sign in details I used for Netflix on my Sky box??

hi @ALONE+OAK
You can check which email by y going into the app then Left arrow to bring the Side menu
Then arrow down to go to 'Get Help' & press enter/select
This will show the email account you used
You can't find out what your password is but you can go to Netflix password reset on a browser on another device to reset it (If you do reset it, you will need to use the new one on the SKY Q box as well, of course)

I used to be able on my iA[d via Netflix app and Sky account. Cannot now, wants me to sign up again?
If I do the help to see the email the one shown bears no relationship to any Email account I may have ever used.it ends with @lolanpro.com Nit sure what that's all about?
Any ideas?

I have this problem too, the email on my netflix sky account is not one i use. Any solution?

I contacted Netflix and they said my account had been hacked and although I was still able to watch via Sky it was not possible via the app etc.
Netflix reset my account for he, updated password and added extra security to make more difficult to hack and control.
contract Netflix I found them very helpful.

For some reason every time I try logging in to netflix on another device it just takes me somewhere to select a plan to pay for even though the subscription had already been paid through sky (standard with ads). Am I missing something?
