Hi @Vilmaiv
Try pressing the Standby button (Amber led) on the front right of the Q box.
If this brings the box on then your remote probably needs resetting or new batteries.
If the batteries are OK Try completly resetting your Bluetooth remote.
Press and hold 7 & 9 together on the remote until it’s led flashes four times.
Then make sure that you are pointing your remote at the Q box and press 1 & 3 together until the led flashes and follow onscreen instructions to re- pair.

Hi @Vilmaiv
Try rebooting the Q box.
To reboot press Standby on your Sky Q remote (if the box responds to the remote), and then switch off and unplug at the mains.
Wait at least 30 secs and then Plug back in and switch your Sky Q box back on at the mains.
Wait for the on screen instructions to disappear and the front led to turn Amber. Then wait for 30 secs before you press Home on your Sky Q remote or if this is not working press the standby button on the front of the Q box (Amber led)
note: some features may take up to 5 minutes to return.

Not working
I thought it would start working because there was both a blue and a red light, but later it turned yellow, which did not show up on the remote control even after pressing it. Now the green light is on, but I can't turn on the TV

Hi @Vilmaiv
So the Q box is now on with green led?
Why can't you turn on the TV?

Have you tried the advice from @oldfella or rebooted your box(es) as already suggested?
Try a reboot of the main Sky Q box, then once that’s back up and running do the same with any mini boxes if necessary-
~ Using the remote put your main Sky Q box into standby
~ switch the box off at the plug
~ wait at least 30 seconds and then switch the box back on at the plug
~ follow the on screen instructions
~ when the screen goes blank and the blue Q stops pulsating wait another 30 seconds
~ press the 🏠 button

the sky box needs to be on I think (press the button manually) before holding down 7&9 etc will work.
