Have you tried using the TV remote?

I had a sky person arrive Called Craig he fixed my television but not I cannot hardly hear the sound I tried to turn it up as directed out new batteries in my remote there is sound but not loud enough to hear properly.

The remote is all I have to control my sound I had a sky man  who got my television going  but since he left I can't turn my volume up on my television.

Hi @Treek Try rebooting your main SKYQ box by turning the power off at the socket for 30 sec then turn back on to reboot?

I've merged your posts from today into Fridays thread. You should have a TV remote as well from when you bought your TV but you also need to try the advice provided by @Quoman7
