I rang sky today, gave them my name,address but when they asked for the password on my account, I can't remember it. They would not discuss anymore of my account with me without it. How can I update it please. Thanks for any help.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreIf you call Sky and can't remember your telephone password they should be able to confirm your identity by asking you other questions.

That's what I thought, but they just hung up instead. Very disappointing

You can't.
Usually customer services will ask alternative security questions to validate.
