All I get is the message please insert your viewing card but I have never had a viewing card!

What kind of Sky box do you have? Digibox (just watch live)? Sky+ (ability to record and watch live)? Or Sky+HD (ability to record and watch live in high definition)?

So far as I'm aware all Sky boxes have a Viewing Card.
