I can’t get my sky q box to accept my Vodafone password

Hi I can't get my my sky q box to accept my Vodafone password it was fine till a couple of days ago then crashed.I can't get sky go and my sky q mini box to work either.

@LadydarcyIt would do no harm in turning your Vodafone router off waiting a few minutes and turning it back on.

Hi I had to change my password on router finally got it working.thanks for the advice

How did you fix it, as in what was the cause. Have same issue

Hi I phoned Vodafone and the person ther fixed the problem at their end but it took me to phone calls to them to get the problem fixe.hope that helps.
