Discussion topic: I can’t get a couple of h d channels to work

I have the q box all works fine but there are about 4 hd channels that says no satillie signal but I did the set up and it still won't work it's mainly the itv 1 /2/3/4 hd that won't work any help please

If that doesn’t help you may have to contact Sky to arrange an engineer who will need to check your dish alignment.
