I can’t find the movies, I can’t get out of settings

I want to buy some movies, but I can't get out of the settings page, on the bottom of the page it shows me the movies I've already purchased, but that's all I get, no movies to choose from. I've deleted the app and reinstalled it, but it's still the same.
