I can not record or access my recordings, the message on screen says there is a problem my hard disc

I can not record or access my recordings and the message on screen says there is a problem with my hard disc? Also having frequent problems since Xmas of getting a good signal for itv on channel 3 but can access it on 803?

That's most likely to be a dish alignment issue and unrelated to the hard drive
