I can not get past stage 1 of 4 setting up sky mini box

Today all day Ive had on my sky mini box channels unavailable. Done all the trouble shooting with no luck. This is a new box recently been working fine until this morning now I have done a reset and can not get past step 1 of 4 on set up

If it is asking youto press the WPS button this is on the mainQ box not on the mini.
