Sky sports is not active from my call earlier adding it to account and cant get on my sky go?

Hi @Dave1244 Normally you need to wait 24 hours. Have you rebooted your Sky Q Main box to see if picks it up by refreshing your viewing card?

@Dave1244 it can take anywhere from 4 hours to 24 hours for sports to become active

dont know if you realise you are not contacting Sky's customer services on here, this is a customer to customer forum where customers help each other.
