I am waiting for a new sky box old one is faulty

I a waiting for a new sky q box to be delivered the old one is ready to collect I have had no notification if a new pickup date 

I spoke with an engineer on Friday whom discovered my sky box was faulty 

I have been waiting since Saturday for a collection DPD  informed me he was coming back for the collection please advise

In case you’re not already aware, you aren’t talking to Sky Customer Services here. This is a customer based forum where we try to help other customers.

 

I believe you should receive an email from DPD which will have details of your delivery time slot. Remember to remove the viewing card from the faulty box.

@Alan.cairns  When DPD does turn up to deliver the replacment box & take away the old, make sure you take your viewing card out of the old box!
