I a waiting for a new sky q box to be delivered the old one is ready to collect I have had no notification if a new pickup date
I spoke with an engineer on Friday whom discovered my sky box was faulty
I have been waiting since Saturday for a collection DPD informed me he was coming back for the collection please advise

I believe you should receive an email from DPD which will have details of your delivery time slot. Remember to remove the viewing card from the faulty box.
