I am unable to get the orange light to go green on the sky box.
I am unable to get the sky box light to go green when I press for 1 second. The TV will come on when I press for 3 seconds so I know it's not the remote. All leads are securely in position.
Any ideas??

@Den0902 what happens if you press the stanby button on the Q box does it come on ? The stanby button on the Q box is where the amber light is showing
If that works Try resetting your remote.
Press the buttons 7 & 9 together on the remote until it’s led flashes four times.
Then press 1 & 3 together until the led flashes twice then follow onscreen instructions to repair the remote.
