I am trying to get BBC1 and 2 HD on the TV in the kitchen. It works fine in the lounge. Have sky box

I have a sky box with the main TV and also a box under the TV in the kitchen. The list of channels comes up with BBC1 and 2 saying to get HD phone this number. The number does not work.

Hi @Diane41 

Is this a Sky Q mini box in the Kitchen?

Also do you Have the Sky Q Multiscreen subscription?

Can you get all other channels OK?

Hi @Diane41   That sounds very strange, perhaps a screen image may help.

It sounds like the box in the kitchen is an old Sky SD box as they're the only ones that show "To get HD call..." with a phone number that no-longer works as the software hasn't been updated for years.

Thanks. I was gardening late. I did not realise that we have had the TV in the kitchen so long. You can play a dvd in the side of it and it is a flat screen very thin. Admittedly the box underneath it is smaller than the big black one in the lounge. So it looks like I need updated sky box.
