I am paying to be able to use tv/sky/netflix on more than one screen at a time but now not letting m

 

my sky package should allow me to use more than one screen at a time ie 2 persons watching netflix tv and laptop and yet its not allowing it at moment can you sort this for me please .

On Sky Q to watch Netflix simultaneously on two screens you need the Sky Q HD Add on

  • Sky Ultimate TV includes the Netflix Basic plan (1 screen + HD)
  • You can upgrade to Netflix Standard (2 screens + HD) by adding the HD pack on Sky Q.
  • You can upgrade to Netflix Premium (4 screens + UHD/HDR) by adding the Ultra HD pack (requires the HD pack first) on Sky Q.
