I am paying for Sky Sports HD and only able to access channel 402

In the last week I have not been able to access any sky sports channels other tha. 402 even though I am still paying for the whole package. Can this be sorted out online please?

I’m afraid you are talking to fellow customers on here, not Sky Customer Services. What's happening when you try to view the other Sky Sports channels?
