I am having problems with my sky my television is saying check signal cable

My sky box has a green light. It's working. However my television is saying check signal cable

Is the TV definitely on the right HDMI input?

 

If so does your remote switch the Sky box off to amber ok?

 

If so, do that then turn off the sky box power at the wall and wait 20 seconds then turn it back on

Hi @Aashirone1 

First make sure the TV set is switched to the correct HDMI for the Q box.    If necessary use the TV set  remote to cycle through the TV set inputs.

If you are sure that the Selected input is correct,  switch off the Q Box and TV and ten remove and refit the HDMI lead at both ends to make sure it is correctly fitted.

Then switch Q box and TV back to see if you still have an issue.
