Hi, I am a sky q customer with 2 additional mini boxes, one of which appears to be faulty and I am not getting service on that television . Can you help please ??

Which main box have you got. Have both mini boxes worked previously?

Hi @Gagey

Try swapping the mins over to see if it is the mini that is the issue or the location
