That's unless you have subscribed to Prime of course

Prime is not included in the Sky Q Signature pack

The Prime Video app itself is available on the Q platform, along with many other apps, but subscription is through Amazon themselves, not Sky.

Note that Amazon Prime and Prime Video are not the same thing: Amazon Prime is the Amazon membership subscription which includes both 'free' delivery of goods ordered through Amazon and Prime Video (streaming media) availability.  Prime Video by itself is a lower cost subscription service for film/television content only.
