Hi
I Installed new TV today, Sky works apart from the channels that I subscribe to.
The message reads 'Please insert your viewing card with the chip facing up'
The card was not removed from the box originally, however I've removed it numerous times now, wiped the card etc and re-inserted it to no evail
I hope you can help

@Liam+Courtney You could try refreshing your viewing card by pressing home > settings > system info > viewing card number > setup > viewing card setup press select to trigger a callback don't worry nothing to do with your phone its only Sky's terminology this will be done over the internet
