How to upgrade netflix package through Sky?

How do I upgrade my netflix package though Sky? I knew the old way of adding HD, Ultra HD etc but it seems to have changed. My family are not happy about the ads. hehe.

@Wendy45 Hiya with Netflix it used to depend on what packages you have with Sky, as to how many screens and what resolution you get Netflix in but since December 2023 this changed to the following

Ultimate Package includes
Netflix Standard with Ads in HD
Watch on 2 devices.

upgrade Boost to Netflix Standard (No Ads). HD
cost £10
Watch on 2 devices

upgrade Boost to Netflix Premium UHD
cost £15
Watch on 4 devices

@Laing1  i noticed this. I have the package with ads but my family are moaning so i need to upgrade to the package without but i cannot seem to be able to upgrade this online and was wondering if anyone knows how to do this or will I nee to call sky when I finish work.

@Wendy45 you may have to call Sky as its a new process they may not have a way to do this online yet

Go to MY SKY on your Sky box then your products - you can upgrade instantly through there

This doesn't work. 

I've tried to upgrade my netflix account like you have explained, and there's no upgrade icon.

I then done a live chat with a Netflix member of staff, and they said I have to go to Sky to upgrade my netflix account.

Getting really frustrated with going around in circles

@WayneTomkins you will have to contact Sky to upgrade if you are paying Sky for your Netflix subscription
