How to get sky q on toshiba fire tv.  Connected to hdmi3.

Hi @Clare255 Have you just changed TV ?

Even if not , with the SKY Q box on, try pressing the following keys in sequence 

Home 1 0 8 0 Home

Yes it is a brand new TV and it doesn't seem to recognise that the sky box is connect through the hdmi, I have just tried what you suggested with no success but thankyou anyway

We did manage to get ours working in the end. To get it to work we had to do a factory reset on the tv

@AndreaN74 are you seeing any messages on the screen have you changed the TV source to the correct HDMI input ?
