How to get TNT Sport monthly pass via Sky

I signed up to Disney+ via Sky  (no cost).

I now want to be able to get a single month TNT Sport pass. I believe it is £29 and I will need to cancel it or it will auto renew each month.

So where do I find it? Via my Sky tv? Via an app? Which app? I'm completely confused!
