How to get MSNBC with my Sky Q account using the Sky Peacock App?

There's no way to do so in the UK.  You may be thinking of Peacock in the US, which is currently an almost entirely different product.

Peacock is not an app on Sky. It is a slowly depleting collection of shows available for download on demand. 

Peacock in the USA is an app with an ever expanding collection of movies, sports and series available to stream instantly. It's incredibly good value for money (I paid $19.99 for an annual subscription) but is unfortunately not available in the UK and Sky don't like us talking about it on here.

NBC News Now is available on Sky channel 521 but there is no MSNBC in the UK.

You could try using a web browser on the television with the URL give above, but note that not all can handle embedded video.

If the television has a web browser, use that to search for MSNBC and see if it can play a video stream from the URL posted above.
