2 adjoining rooms sharing the same uhd hdmi so both TVs have UHD.   (Playing the same channel is not a problem)

If the HDMI cable run is under three metres in each case than a UHD-capable HDMI splitter (specified for 4K @ 60Hz) might do the job.
