How to contact Sky on weekends urgently

Our sky dish has moved and we have no signal and unable to watch any live tv. This is the 2nd time in a month this has happened. I want to contact sky to book an engineer urgently. I cannot get in contact and I am going around in circles trying to get this sorted. Last time we had to wait over 2 weeks for an engineer to call which is ridiculous for the price we are paying!

Work through the following link and if you cannot solve your issue it will lead to booking a Engineer.

I'm afraid with the storms this weekend there are likely to be lots of customers in the same position so don't be surprised if the wait for the engineer is as long, if not longer, than last time.

Others have reported appointments after Christmas.

 

As noted, the storm will only increase the calls.  You may wish to consider paying a local firm to align it for you.
