How to contact Customer services.

I rang Sky customer support yesterday and got through to a person within 5 mins. I can't say why anyone else has difficulty but my experiences are to the contrary and always been positive.

I'm not under any sky provider our house in UK under BT PRovider I got my own network provider under 3 network I don't have any obligation from your provider

The title of the thread is very misleading I'm afraid. This is not a route for contacting Sky. The Sky Community is a customer led discussion forum where Sky customers are available to help other customers. You are NOT contacting Sky Customer Services.

Have you ever been a customer of Sky in the UK or the Republic of Ireland?

@JO272  If you do not / have not had a Sky contract, it would seem that you are being scammed! In which case you need to contact your bank as soon as possible

Stream might be better for you if you don't want TV via a satellite broadcast.

Sky Stream is the same as Glass but without the TV:
