How to contact Customer services.

I want to contact Sky. However, I do not want to call,  I do not have the time to sit on the phone for hours on hold as previously experienced.. I want to talk to a human and I want what i have to say in writing for reference.. 

I have looked online but cannot find an email address or address to write too, there appears to be no webchat and i cannot do what i want via 'my sky' app... its very fustrating! 

Any information about contacting sky other than on the phone would be great!

Note that if your within a minimum term (most Sky contracts have a minimum term of 18 months) for the service you wish to cancel you may not be able to

Also note you have to give the required relevant notice to cancel which is 31 days for tv and 14 days for broadband

Additional information on Broadband: If you are changing to Virgin or cancelling broadband totally you'll have to contact Sky This link should help

If you are changing to another ISP who uses the Openreach infrastructure then join up with them and they should contact Sky on your behalf

If in ROI make sure the flag in bottom right hand corner is set to ROI and refresh the page before selecting an option

for reference cancellations are only confirmed once you have written email confirmation, also remember that if you are cancelling sky q or stream (where stream was ordered on or after 23/02/23) completely all equipment will need returning so make sure when sending back you obtain and keep very safe and indefinitely proof of postage, also note that billing continues as normal right upto and including last day of notice period and must be paid, any overpayment for days beyond termination date will be refunded within six weeks of termination date or you can call sky and they will refund within 3-5 working days once the credit is showing on your sky account

apparently best times to call are first thing in the morning 7am or last thing at night 9pm

There is no email address as Sky don't use email.

im aware that this forum is not a way to talk to sky directly and its not regarding up/downgrading. 

I just need another way of contacting sky that isn't via the telephone.

Can anyone tell me how I can contact Sky online please?

Can I live chat - not chatbot as failed getting anywhere with that - or do they have a custometr service email address?

I cannot use my phone and need to contact online if possible.

Our Sky costs for TV increases next month and wondered how we may get a special offer as not in contract any longer and new costs quite a difference. Thanks

In that case @trickertracker you will have to call Sky and when you do just stay on the line for as long as you can and try saying nothing if asked any questions by the bot.

Nope - you will need to call to discuss contract options.

Sky don't use email for general customer services queries and the messaging team can only assist with specific issues/queries.
