Go to 

Home -Setup -  Settings - Preferences 

Scroll down to language & select Welsh

Yes I did say Welsh (to get the English Commentary!)

S4C is of course Welsh by default

Why is there not English commentary on all rugby / football games shown on S4C?

S4C is keen to offer English language commentary when rights allow. Unfortunately this is not always possible. If you have a question about a particular game please contact gwifren at s4c.cymru

Accessing English language commentary - Sky Q

1. Press the Home Button on the remote
2. Scroll down using the arrow buttons to Settings press the centre button to select it.
3. Scroll to Set Up and press the centre button to select it.
4. Scroll to Preferences and select Go to Audio Language press the centre button and change it from English to Welsh, also make sure Audio Description is set to off.
5. This will ensure you have English language commentary on S4C when it is available automatically.
