How re-book an engineer to re-align my sky dish

I have a lot of pixilation on the screen my newly installed SkyQ  (I switched from Sky Glass) and I need to book an engineer to re-align my sky dish apparently.  However when I try to book the page is telling me I already have "an inflight order" and when I click for the next screen it is showing the details from last weekend when the engineer came to set up SkyQ a with no option to go any further (the call is essentially closed).  Can anyone help please ?

If you are using Safari I believe you must make sure that 'Hide IP address' is not checked in settings to be able to see it - if you have difficulty finding that setting then may be try accessing here with another browser

had an engineer out 2 days ago for the second time re "no satellite signal" when trying to access TNT sports programme. Still having the same problem but keep getting the "inflight order" message, VERY frustrating

 

It sounds like I am having the same problem as other users on here?
