How often are the remote codes for TVs updated on SKYQ STB?

I've got a new TCL TV but when I try to configure it to the SKYQ remote, the SKYQ says it doesn't have the model number and none of the default codes work.

Does anyone know how often are these codes are updated and how I'd  get the update if they were?
