How do i get a new SkyQ box as ive lost mine

need a new skyq box. Moved house and lost old one in process. Who do i speak to?

@JakeM18 You will have to call customer service, be aware though they may charge you for the one you have lost.

Technically you've lost sky's box,  not yours....  so, as above, you are likely to be charged for it.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers

The charge depends on what equipment you haven’t returned to us:

  • Sky Q 1TB box - up to £117
  • Sky Q 2TB box - up to £135
