How do i cancel my sky Q box for muti room

I have a separate sky Q Box upstairs for multi room how do I cancel it

You need to contact Sky and give them 31 days notice to cancel it, so you can either call or use the messaging service to do this.

Select "No, I still need help" at the bottom of the page.

Don't send the box itself back until the cancellation has gone through and return is required though.

When you do, keep the proof of postage indefinitely (or take a picture of it)

BTW you may already know but the cancellation is of the Multiscreen subscription & not specifically the mini box
