I am moving my TV in the lounge, and the current cable from the dish needs extending and re routing. How do i book a sky engineer either online or by phone to do this?
I have been looking for over an hour now and continuously loop around the same pages with threadbare information.

hi @TJ87
If you have the MY SKY app I think you may be able to find a number there - especially if you are a SKY VIP member
If not go this page & scroll to the bottom and expand the link need more help & scroll down
https://www.sky.com/help/home
If you have SKY Mobile or SKY Talk land line then I think you can also call 150
BTW You can buy Satellite extension leads from quite a few sources so this may be a suitable option for you

Posted by a Sky employeeHi there! This matter be best dealt with by calling in, as this process will require an upfront payment, which we cannot process here.
Thanks.

Please note that moving the Satellite cable is usually chargeable and, as such, the escalation support team may not be able to assist with this
Edit - I see @Addie15 posted confirming this as I was typing

Thank You All,
I went through the complaints section & spoke to someone very helpful in the text bubble. We aranged a date and time for the visit. Cost is £60 which is very reasonable.
Still none the wiser as to the actual method one should follow to book an engineer call out online. Hopefully i will not require one for sometime.
