'Geek Squad' in the UK is a Carphone Warehouse / Currys brand.

 

In the US and Canada it's Best Buy.

WE cannot make or receive calls on our two phones numbers   both with sky.  When we dial out all it says is incorrect number dialled.  When anyone tries to dial in it says you have dialled an incorrect number???????  

Also we can only now go online to contact you as we cannot use our phone but trying to contact you on online chat is impossible as we cannot get past the BOT because our problem is unable to be put into words it can understand

@TT25  Your post is unrelated to SKy Q a TV box, do you have Sky Mobile?

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

Have you tried a different (non Sky/O2) sim?
Have you reset the network settings?
Have you signed into your mobile account & resent the network settings to the phones?

Because Sky use the O2 network I believe. If the problem is network related then it'll most likely affect O2 as well.
