How do I sign in to Paramount Plus if I have it free with Sky Cinema?

So testament Plus app has been having a current subscription as basic with adds, but how do I actually watch it.  

I either had to sign up or sign in.  If I sign up it takes me to the Paramount Plus website where I either had to subscribe and pay, or the only partner is Apple TV, Sky is not shown?

if I try to sign in, the only thing I can think is to use my Sky account, but not surprisingly it is t recognised?

Please note Step 4 which should take you to a page to sign in with your SKY ID to link SKY with P+ creating a P+ ID in the process. If you have SKY Cinema you should not need to enter any payment details.

There was no QR code, instead it took me to 'choose subscribtion' which shows that I already have Badic (with ads)

if I follow the link to the website you've suggested it says my account is already linked and tells me to sign in?

hi @GDJC 

I do not know if this will help but may I suggest you try a refresh of the apps.

To do this :

Main - Menu - Scroll down to Settings  & do not press /Select/enter button at this stage -

then press 0, 0, 1 followed by the enter/select button (at this point)

This should take you to the engineer's menu 

Scroll down to the Apps & Select Refresh 

This refresh may not happen immediately and may take several hours

The weird thing is that Sky is not show as a partner on the Paramount website, it only has Apple?

You should not be choosing the optiion to sign in as a partner (or whatever the wording is) - this can confuse people

But the other option is to create an account and when I do that it gives three subscription options, all of which are chargeable?

I am sorry but is a long time since I went through this myself & I can only go off the help pages now, so if that has not worked, I think you will need to contact SKY & go through it with them

I believe these are the current methods for contacting Sky. Depending on your reason for making contact some methods are more appropriate than others …

call Customer Services by dialling 150 (free) from either a Sky mobile or a Sky Talk landline.

All calls will start automated which may offer you the online help route or try to send you here to the forum. Stay on the line as long as possible and saying nothing when asked the reason for the call sometimes helps being put in the queue for an agent.

Note: if your services are restricted due to a missed payment phone contact is unlikely to work.
