How do I return my sky q equipment? Do Sky send out packaging and a returns label?

If you’ve successfully cancelled Sky should send out returns packaging near the end of any cancellation period, [14 days for Broadband] [31 days for Sky Q].
You can use any packaging as long as it’s secure and you may want to put a note inside with your account number and a list of equipment that is included. This link explains about how to receive an email with your return labels through Royal Mail.

Keep your proof of posting safe and indefinitely and if you use Royal Mail’s collect from home service, keep a record of the tracking number.

Sky sent me a sky multi room box but I don't have any tv in bedrooms so to me it's pointless need to return the sky multi room box back

You must have agreed to it at some point. Was it a requirement for a discount on something else you've recently agreed to?

sky rang me up offered me I thought was another sky Q box didn't expect sky multi room box I told them I don't have tv in bedrooms so why send it? For sake of £4 difference,he said I'd 14 days cooling off period
