How do I return my old sky q 2tb box back to Sky after upgrading?

How do I return my old sky q 2b box to sky after upgrading? Or do I just put in the bin!

Most definitely do not bin it - it belongs to Sky!  (And you'll be charged if you don't return it)

How did you 'upgrade' your current box?

Don't do that: it's expensive.

Hi. They came and installed my new upgraded box. Not sure why they didn't take the old one.  How do you send it back? It was around 6-9 months ago I think.

Can I speak to someone to find out if I have been charged for it and how to send back this box.

Is it definitely a Sky Q box? The current charge for not returning a 2TB Sky Q box is £135 so I think you'd have noticed. 

You can use any packaging as long as it’s secure and you may want to put a note inside with your account number and a list of equipment that is included. This link explains about how to receive an email with your return labels through Royal Mail.

Keep your proof of posting safe and indefinitely and if you use Royal Mail’s collect from home service, keep a record of the tracking number.
