@Rich1985 Refreshing the apps in the engineers menu
To enter the engineers menu do the follow
press the home button then scroll down to setting and hi-light
do not press select/enter but press 001 then select this takes you into the engineers menu
scroll down to apps > refresh

Hi @Rich1985
It's 0 0 1 then select.
Have you tried refreshing the Apps in the Hidden menu.
To enter hidden menu press Home and navigate down to Settings but do not select Settings.
With Settings highlighted press 0 0 1 Select.
Select Apps
then highlight Refresh all Apps on this box.
You'll see a message that says, 'Your apps are being refreshed'. This will stay on screen until you press Dismiss to return to normal viewing
It’s recommended waiting at least 5 minutes before doing so.
Refresh Apps can take up to 24 hrs to complete .

Thanks both. Looks like I was missing the 'press select' part to get to the hidden menu. I'm just refreshing my apps now, hopefully this will fix my Netflix home page where the top 10 has disappeared from.

Afraid it will not @Rich1985
Reloading Netflix and or refresh Apps will not change the Q Netflix.
For some unknown reason the Q Netflix has different listings to the inbuilt Netflix on Smart TV's.
There is no Top 10 in Q Netflix. Also the menu layout is slightly different.

@oldfella That's strange, I could of sworn I used to have top 10 on Sky Q Netflix until recently when it disappeared?
It's weird that I don't have it anymore on the main box in the living room but I have 3 mini boxes in other rooms and the top 10 does appear on Netflix (through the Sky mini boxes) on each of them?

Hi @Rich1985
Not saying the Top 10 has not previously been on Q main box Netflix but only that it is not there now.
Just checked on a mini here and certainly there is the Top 10.
Main clue for me is the Netflix main Menu. This has definitely changed on the main Q box as Get help and Exit Netflix is now at the bottom left of the main menu where it was on the bottom right.
Cannot see this as a box issue as I'm seeing the same as you. Seems something has changed at Sky's end.

I've done that twice and both times I get message," there was a problem refreshing your apps. What now?

It's says it can take around 5 mins to refresh the apps. Do you have to stay on the page wile this is happening?
