Hi @Pashapetra 

Try completly resetting your Bluetooth remote.
Press and hold 7 & 9 together on the remote until it’s led flashes four times.
Then make sure that you are pointing your remote at the Q box and press 1 & 3 together until the remote led flashes and follow onscreen instructions to re- pair.

Once it is paired to your Television you can change the volume, mute the sound and also turn the TV on or with a long press ( 2-3 secs) on the remote standby button.

Just bought a Samsung tv and I don't want to use 2 remotes want to use sky remote for the volume
