How do I enable my skyQ box to connect to sky go

Can't connect sky go to my ps5 . It's fine on my phone but won't work on ps5

Do you have a multiscreen subscription? It's required for Sky Go to work on consoles.

Do you get any messages when you try to use the Sky app on the PlayStation?

 

Normally, you just log into the Sky Go app on whatever device and it gets linked to your account.

@Tonypip  Assuming that you have multiscreen on your account, check the number of devices you have registered (on your Sky Go app, go to settings / Devices / Manage your devices) and make sure you remove any that are not needed - there is a max that you can have.

I am just another Sky customer!
