To access recordings you need the multiscreen subsciption & be connected to the same network

Cheers for that. I've cancelled my miltiscreen due to vision problems and can't watch my TV, but can just about view my laptop. So much for being a VIP customer eh ?.

The majority of Sky customers are VIPs. It doesn't have anything to do with your viewing package.
