How can you log onto paramount + through Amazon prime using sky Id.

Given up with Paramount + on Sky Q so how do I use my sky OD to log into Paramount + through Amazon prime fire stick .... is it possible?

You don't use your Sky ID. You set up a new Id when you registered for P+ and you use that.

(it's not an Amazon "Prime" firestick by the way, that confused me)

I use the Paramount + apps on my Firesticks  rather than via the apps on SKY Q

As @Chodley says, you just use the same credentials you would have set up during the initial Paramount + sign up - which is not your SKY Id. 

It could,  of course, be the same email address - although need not be - but you should definitely have used a different password.
