You will need to call, I am afraid & unfortunately they usually charge an upgrade fee of around £99
BTW If you do upgrade, when doing the swap remember to take the Viewing card out of the box
Also note that some 2TB HDR boxes have a separate power supply so make sure you check the delivery box in case it is one of these
