Home page saying no internet connection, can’t access apps
Hi, I've had a problem with the Sky TV saying, 'it looks like you do not have internet connection right now'...etc., but Wi-Fi is on fine, just home page won't come up, so I can't access apps, or anything on homepage.
Ive turned everything off a few times, waited a few hours, same message keeps coming up.
I can watch TV channels though-
any solutions?

Hi @A+J+Dogs
Try a Network Reset found in Q box Home - Settings - Setup - Network.
Highlight Status and then select Reset on the right hand side. Follow instructions to connect by WiFi to your router.
If you are on Sky broadband you will be asked to press the WPS button on the Sky router. (Not on the Q box as the Network reset will start the main Q box WPS automatically). Make sure you press the WPS button on the Sky router and not the reset button.
if you are on 3rd party (non Sky ) broadband then you need to enter the SSID and password for the router 2.4 Ghz WiFi band.

I've done the reset, a few times now. It just keeps saying no internet connection, even though I have one and our devices are all connected, only sky tv homepage not working.
