Home Screen on tv through sky q box says ‘ it looks like you do not have internet connection right n

Home Screen on tv through sky q box says ‘ it looks like you do not have internet connection right now. This appeared this morning and has been the same all day. All was fine last night and I have followed the troubleshooting and turned Q box off also restarted internet box. Any advice to reconnect please

Thank you, I got through to a sky agent who ordered me a new sky q box as apparently mines quite old now.
