Hisense TV 65E7HQTUK and "New SKY Q Remote with Voice Control"

Hello,

I have a Hisense TV 65E7HQTUK and I am trying to get the "New SKY Q Remote with Voice Control" to be able to control the power & volume on the TV when watching sky.

I have gone through the 13 different options in the SKY Q setup page for the remote controls.

Any ideas anyone?

@Arrows have you tried powering off your tv and q box and restarting??? I had both my mother a 55 inch Hisense tv a few weeks back and had the same problem.I powered both off and started pairing the remote again by going through the codes for a second time and found one that worked

Thanks, it worked by rebooting Q Box and then going through the remote control setup

I have 55E7HQTUK and Sky Q with Voice control and have the same problem as above. I tried powering off and rebooting to no avail. Does anyone else have any ideas please?

I have finally got my remote working.

I repeated the powering off and powering on action and it worked with option 2 of the 13 options.

when they say restart do they mean reboot or just restart

@Brucey i'd do a reboot ie powering off at the socket then back on again and my reading of @dejj post is that the 2nd option the Q box gave them worked
